Promotion Feed - Requirements & Guidelines
Promotion Feed is an efficient, automated solution for publishing your campaign offers directly in the eTilbudsavis/eReklamblad and/or Mattilbud apps.
Simply share your campaign offers via a feed or CSV file, and we’ll create a catalog-style Promotion for you. Designed to match your brand guidelines, including your fonts, colors, and overall style.
Your Promotions are then scheduled for publication in the relevant Tjek apps, ensuring a seamless and timely release that aligns with your marketing strategy. And the Tjek team will ensure your Promotion is always using seasonal designs & the latest features to keep your readers engaged & inspired.

Data Requirements for Promotion Feed
Offers (Required)
Provide a feed with detailed information about your current offers. This feed should include data such as price, title, description, product image, and savings.
If you don’t have a feed, the data can also be provided in a CSV file. But the structure in the CSV MUST NOT CHANGE for each publication.

Locations (Required)
You need to provide a feed with information about your stores. This ensures that users of the eTilbudsavis and Mattilbud apps can easily see if offers are available at their local store.
As an alternative, this information can also be submitted via a CSV file.
Master Feed (Recommended)
We highly recommend providing access to a master feed containing all your product information. This feed enhances the Search feature in the apps, making it easier for users to find your offers.
The more comprehensive your data, the better the user experience.
Layout & Design
Your Promotions will utilize one or more of our standard design templates, tailored to align with your brand guidelines.
If you have specific design requirements for offer cells or sections, please share these details with us in advance to ensure the final layout meets your expectations.
Colors & Fonts (required)
You need to provide us with at least 2-3 sets from your primary and secondary color palette, focusing on your main brand colors (excluding white and gray, based on your branding guidelines). You may choose to add more sets as needed to best suit your brand’s needs.
Also, we recommend providing your custom font files. Supported formats are WOFF2, TTF and OTF.
Category Titles & Feature Pages
To make your Promotions visually appealing and engaging, we recommend providing custom graphics that can be used between the grids displaying your offers.
If your offers are organized by Category Title, we recommend you share a color scheme or images that can be used as backgrounds for the category titles.
Additionally, we suggest supplying generic Feature Page content that can be reused weekly to keep the Promotions inspiring and dynamic. That content can include videos, banners and/or animations.

Seasonal Updates
The Tjek team will keep your Promotions fresh and relevant by updating them to reflect seasonal changes.
To enhance this process, we recommend providing us with colors and guidelines for the seasonal events your brand typically highlights throughout the year, such as Christmas, Black Friday, and more. If none are provided, Tjek reserve the right to update your content to reflect the changing seasons.
Publishing (required)
The Tjek team will ensure your Promotions are published on schedule. To streamline this process, please provide the following details:
- Campaign Schedule: Is your campaign weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other?
- Campaign Launch: Specify the day and time, e.g., Mondays at 9 AM.
